Formenza Ltd within this mobility project, in collaboration with the coordinating partner aims to provide a vocational training for 80, mostly underprivileged students in the next 2 years. The vocational training involves 2 demanded professions both in the National and European labour market, so these kind of trainings are required and needed. The Formenza Ltd. provides a practice space for several vocational institutions, connected to the company’s main activities such as catering, confectionery and manufacturing meat products. Besides the above, one of the featuring activities is education, as for today it became one of the largest business association specialized in vocational training. The training takes place in a modern working space, which has all the needed certifications and able to take in more than 200 students. The company is connected with several educational institutions and provides a vocational training space for them. These institutes are collaborating in the project effectuation with the sending and hosting companies. Almost 75% of the students taking their vocational training at the company are underprivileged or rather has special educational needs. Their participation in this tuition and the connected practical training eventuates a knowledge and field-work experience which can lighten their social inequities and increase the chance to be placed in their fields. Continex GmbH, the hosting coordinator is a German, privately owned business association highly experienced in cross-country cooperation is the EU. They will provide the students vocational training, supply, accommodation and transport in Germany. The company is connected with many medium and large businesses in the metalworking and food industry. Besides they operate their own restaurants, which companies and businesses will provide the vocational training a place. The execution of the project will be done by a 4 membered team (project leader, vocational coordinator, project coordinator, financial coordinator) whom have many years of experience and routine. The team will keep track of the project’s fulfillment according to the pre-deployed measuring points and if needed implements a few changes. After a transparent selection process for participating in the foreign training a coaching progress will be starting. This is a detailed and predefined vocational, linguistic, cultural and spiritual preparation. Those students whom attended the preparations and have their documents, insurance, etc. are allowed to travel. The foreign training will be done according to the pre-arranged work program. The efficiency and the fulfillment will be monitored by the project team. The successful fulfillment will be done by both local and EUROPASS documents according to the European standards. The project will take 2 years, including 10 turns. In each turn 4 cooks and 4 servers will be send with one attendant. All in all the project could give a chance for 80 students to develop their vocational knowledge, command of a language and their social skills. Most of the students come from an underprivileged area, for them participating in this mobility project could be chance or the first step to break-out, as they could learn a different behavioral model, have new experiences which could help them to lessen their exclusion. Besides the effect on the speedily increased vocational and linguistic knowledge, this mobility could also develop the social skills, competences, not to mention the chance to peek into the system of one of the strongest economies in Europe. The foreign connections, vocational and linguistic trainings are important for each and every participant in the labour market, which could be insurable, or at least a good starter for the students participating in this project. The project will be a good influence not only for every participant, but also for their closer and wider environment. It improves the level of the education, elevates the appeal of it, and also produces higher educated workers for the labour market. The program’s maintainability will be guaranteed by the exchanges of experiences, which will be build-up in the concerned educational institution’s vocational practice. Furthermore, the estimated number to whom the results of the program will reach from the students, through the parents and the vocationally affected partners both in Hungary and Germany is over a thousand, whom could all prosper from the knowledge and experiences accumulated through the project.
