Mentor use and devopment of the method mentor
The purpose of this pre-study is to gather experience about the method Mentor. The projectwill base its work in the cooperation between Danish Reva Trollesborg and SwedishMojligheternas Hus. Based on the experiences gathered the project will develop a longterm cross-border project that shall work with the method, both in terms of how it can be used andimplied in a crossborder perspective and how it can be further developed.The method can be a valuable instrument in the development of a flexible labour market.
