The Job shadowing project ""Improving Skills "" is part of Erasmus + as part of a learning process within the non-formal education , following the guidelines of the European Union to promote the integration of all people in society, and in particular those living in disadvantaged situations. The association IdeAstur send a person to form in the Promidea Cooperative in Cosenza , Calabria, Italy. Promidea has over twenty years working in the social cohesion through the formation of young people with fewer opportunities to facilitate their access to employment. Following the various processes and training courses , the applicant will learn new skills in order to develop your power back in IdeAstur . The project provides a unique participant and team member of the Asturian organization with expertise in areas of children and youth at risk of exclusion and animation senior centers . Its purpose is to be an observer at the various training projects that are currently developing in Promidea to apply the acquired knowledge to back in their association. Its tasks to support team training in programming , implementation and evaluation of training courses ; building a model for monitoring and evaluation of training activities and analysis of student needs ; and the organization of educational leisure activities to promote multiculturalism among young users of the local community. The result will be the acquisition of new skills and knowledge by the person on the move , as well as the joint development of a single standard for monitoring and assessing the needs of young people in training projects of this nature, to be used for future activities. The expected impact will be a future collaboration between the two institutions to develop joint training projects in the field of social inclusion and the promotion of tolerance and respect among peoples through intercultural activities
