Among the priorities of this project is important to underline the need to elaborate teaching/learning approaches that support the development of transversal key competences by all the students. Particularly, it's necessary to increase and stimulate learning motivation among students; learning has to be more attractive, in particular for immigrants and those students that are under socio-economical problems. So, staff from our school (teachers) has an important need: to reinforce their training activities for an intercultural teaching that represents an important contribution for social integration. Another important aspect of this project can be individualized in elaboration and experimentation of materials, methodologies and strategies which have the aim to realize an integrated learning of contents and foreign language by the CLIL method application; in our School, infact, has been organized a training in service course on "CLIL -language and methodology". The aim of this course is to develope and to strengthen knowledges and skills in the foreign target language (English). Teachers working in my Institute have to face with problems like students with disabilities and a great number of early school leaving students. Then, it's important that teachers and all the staff working at school are employing strategic activities to realize a school context in which a "quality learning" prevails and innovation is developing in a European dimension, as the strategic framework for European Commission of Training and Education Deparment suggests (ET 2020). Teachers mobility will be the essential phase for the realization of a comparison among European School System, it will allows us to adopt innovative good practices that are very important to stimulate young people to acquire basic personal skills to reach this aim: an high percentage of students will achieve school success. A certain number of teachers will take part at the European mobility activities (32 participants on a total number of 140 teachers) and this training experience will allow them to develope a "quality longlife learning" and to promote "innovation" in a European dimension. The setting up of some web-page in the target language (English) will be also an important result (LO) and the right context to promote the fundamental contents acquired during the mobility activities. In addition, The production of web-pages will be useful to disseminate information and experiences about different European cultural/educational systems; dissemination should be a phase of sources searching and cultural enrichness. Teachers working in my Institute are involved in daily activities as: supporting students in their methodological/learning process organization; coordinating "stages" and combined school/work activities; organization of Italian language courses for foreign students that are enrolled in our school; coordinating cultural exchanges. This is the plan of the mobility activities: teachers involved in the courses organized by the "Forum Eltern und Schule", carried by NRW-Federation for schools of integrated Learning, will acquire information and knowledges on integration processes in learning; development of school policies addressed to disadvantaged students; formal and non-formal Education; application of good practices in the teaching/learning process; strategies aimed to stimulate motivation in students. Knowledge of good practices adopted in other European Countries will bring to a continuous process of compliant educational policies, as required by the European Council of Lisbon. About the mobility activity in " agricolture and environment" sector, will be acquired practical examples of good practices that will be integrated in the daily methological activities and will enable, our teachers, to establish an effective synergy between local school networks and Agencies that are promoting combined school and work opportunities. The results (LO) of the activities of the project will be integrated in the school curriculum and then in the regular activities of our Institute, essential condition for a longterm effective impact on students, teachers and families (stakeholders). In addition, the produced materials will be a valuable tool for an inclusive methodology that will be used with the high number of disabled students enrolled in our school or with those that show particular difficulties in the learning process (special needs). We are going to carry on dissemination and sharing process (longterm benefits) through: implemetation of communicative skills in the target language, by teachers/students; design of innovative educational courses projected in a longtem European dimension; increase of mobilities and direct cultural exchanges among students.
