Our project consists of one practical stage both formally and contently.Eighteen schoolchildren of Secondary school of Information Technology, Electrotechnics and Crafts in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm will take part in two- week professional practical training in Spain in Sevilla. Schoolchildren from the following branches of study will take part in this project: Electrotechnics and information processing, electronic computer system and mechanic- electronic- these are maturita branches (with school- leaving exam). Our schoolchildren are going to work during professional practical training abroad in different firms and companies. Accepting organization provides these companies. The aim of the project is to improve professional, language, social and intercultural competence, skills and abilities of involved schoolchildren. Our interest is to continue in good cooperation with our foreign partners, to support regular professional practical training and to enable for as many schoolchildren as possible at school take part in mobility projects and contribute to globalization of education. Schoolchildren will have the possibility to verify their knowledge, abilities in their branches and experience during real practice in another EU member state. Schoolchildren during their practice will know the system and the running of professional preparing of young people in initial education abroad; they learn new technique and technology in their branches. After coming home all these experience they can successfully transform into condition of Czech companies. All these aspects can dramatically contribute for improving of professional and language competence and knowledge of schoolchildren, for his personal and personage development, for the value increasing on labour market, for extension of general knowledge, for increasing of their interests and attraction of their branches, for motivation of future improving and achieving in European labour market competition. Schoolchildren also know another country and the system of working and social culture and its life style. That is why, the intercultural aspects form indispensable and very important part of the mobility project.
