In preparing the project, the intention to identify appropriate partners in the North Calotte area in Finland, Norway and Sweden and to investigate their ability and willingness to participate in the actual project. In preparing the project also includes a visit by the promoters of all partner candidates and help with the planning of tasks and budgets.
