The primary purposes in phase I is to do a collected basic analysis in cooperation with the other parties concerned and bring about a common activity plan before phase II. The following question at issue will form the basis of the activity plan: • Labour and competence support for future needs from mining and trade and industry • Create possibilities for existing and new companies in the area as well as developing a differentiate economy • Developing the regions power of attractions • Support building new infrastructure • Develop a rich selection of culture and leisure for present and new inhabitants in both municipalities
