Ymmersta School is a primary school with about 350 pupils and 30 staff members. The school is known as a developer of teaching literature and the pedagogic use of school libraries. Every year there are numerous domestic and international visitors who are interested in this area of expertese. A new generation is about to take over that area of expertise therefore it would be important we could send representatives to the Course organized for the members of the European Network of School Librarians. There is a lot of cultural, linguistic and social diversity among the pupils. The new national curriculum will be effective in August 2016 and it requires new skills. The aim of the project is to equip teachers and school assistant with new innovative pedagogic methods which foster the well-being and sense of security within the school. Furthermore it is our goal to implement task based learning which integrates different subjects and also caters for different learners. We also want to increase our international activities.During the 24 months, we are planning to send 13 teachers / school assistants to courses that prepare us better for the demands of the new pedagogy. In addition to that we will have cooperation with a jobshadowing partner school hosting their teachers. Our common interests involve teaching literature, new areas oc coding and robotics and environmental awareness. Our school is known as the forerunner of developing school libraries and teaching of literature which brings us many visitors. We also provide professional development courses for teachers in that field. Some teachers feel they need to develop their practice to suit better for pupils with special needs and learning differences. Furthermore some others have felt their skills in foreign languages are not sufficient enough for international cooperation. Therefore two of the mobilities are planned for teachers’ language preparation. .
