The subject matter of our project is material development via different approaches.We aim to observe Holland's teachers use them in class.Thans to this project,our teacher will gain different methonds and techniques.In addition to this,one of our goals is to enable our teachers to observe examples of good practice in other school in Europa. ABSTRACT OF THE PROJECT Unfortunatelly,a budget enough to coverthe nedds of every school in our country isn't provided by the ministry of education.Shortness of material together with the negative environmental conditions cause the education to be harderboth for students and teacher.No matter what our teachers do under these conditions,100% success can not be reached by our students.Instead of waiting for a magical wand to touch and solve all our problems in a wink of an eye,we have thought it would be much the best solution to develop ourselves.These unfovourable conditions have lead us to choose the topic of material development via approaches. Expected to joın classes there,our teachers,coming from different departments will have the opprtunity to see not only the production processes of educational materials,but the usage of these materials as well,thur enabling us to be able to produce our own materials even with our limited conditions and,at the end,to be able to raise our education standards. Due to these afore mentioned problems carrying our teachers to lose their motivation and our education system to struggle in a hopeless,vicious circle,we plan to light a candle rather than sit in perpetual hopeless situation,that is,to help our teachers gain new perspective and change the way they teach for good by providing them with the opprtunity to observe and make use of the outcomes of these observation.Still another goal that we carry inside the project is to share our findings with the other school in ou region and have them make use of our experiences us well as we believe the motto that information is the only thing which increases when shared. Based on the idea that using the materials affectively needs to be paid more attention in relation to the students education and progress,it is aimed to reach this goal by giving our teachers the change to see the nice samples and goal applications in Europe with the help of this project. THE AIM OF THE PROJECT The main aim of our project is to make our teachers more equipped especially in developing new materials by giving them the change to compare the decent instances of Europe in this area with the ones in Turkey so that they can contribute students education level developments more and also but teacher and students can develop new metods and technics. It is aimed that teachers will be able to internalize the new and different approaches in developing materials so that they wiil be able to transfer those to the students and to develop new techniques and methods which will help the students improvement in this matter. In addition to our student-based education system,we will try how our students apply the methods and technics we will learn in Holland.Thus,students will increase their self-confidencand join the lesson activel while teachers try to raise them as creative and productive generation. With this project,we also hope to develop our teachers language skills to make them gain the necessary sikills and competences for their personal development.Besides these,we aim to develop our teachers perceptions about Europe culture and lifestyle,to transfer cultures and introde them the educational methods and techniques which are applied in Europe by giving them the cahance to experience them in exact place so thet they will make a contrubution to their professional development. The mobility process of our project will be in Holland/Rotterdam with 15 teachers will join to our project.
