Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 30 juin 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Regional Charity Pardubice (OCHP) belongs to the family of international organizations Caritas Internationalis and Caritas Europa. Its mission is to provide services based on the needs of people living in the region. One way of helping people disadvantaged on labor market is providing training courses in the project Mum, Dad, Take Care, Work (MATAPE ) CZ.1.04/3.4.04/76.00245. The project unites Holice town, Regional and Consulting Center Pardubice and Regional Charity Pardubice in a partnership. Already 88 people participated in MATAPE during the first part of project period, i.e. 72% more than planned. I have directed our Charity organization for 5 years and I know that hard work, enthusiasm and dedication of staff is necessary for reaching goals of our organization. MATAPE team worked for OCHP first as volunteers. During that time they found funding resources, created the project, engaged partners, and now through the project outputs inspire other individuals and organizations in the Czech Republic. It is in accordance with goals of our organization for this team to start working on international level and be able to find grant sources also outside the Czech Republic, find suitable foreign project partners, create and implement an international educational project. This is the main objective of the project MATAPE to World. In our organization we have previous experience with two international projects in the field of social services and therefore we are aware of the benefits (mainly inspiration) of international partnerships. Plan for MATAPE to World: 1) preparatory phase - 4 members of the team complete English course and also a workshop on cultural differences or alternatively gain knowledge by self-study. These two activities will enhance the quality of their presentation skills and ability to absorb information and knowledge in following phases of the project. 2) Mobility No.1 will take place. I plan to send 2 team members to an international conference in Bulgaria on Adult Education to present the results and outputs of project MATAPE and thus attract the attention of future potential project partners. At the same time they will gain inspiration from presentations of good practices from other participants. 3)Mobility No.2 and No.3. In mobility No.2 I would like one of our trainers and coaches to acquire learning principles and strategies based on NLP (neurolinguistic programming) in 5-day training course in Cyprus (27/7 – 1/8/14). As a result I expect her to enhance her ability to prepare courses for various target groups of adults with respect to different learning styles. Next , second trainer and coach should take part in 5-day course Teach Love It (9-14/9/14) and bring inspiration how to motivate adults to education and build enthusiasm for learning. I also expect her to learn how to bring more fun, relaxation and games to her trainings. The mobility No.3 – I am sending the project manager and administrator for 6-day training internship in Brussels aimed at creating projects in adult education funded from Communitary funds. I would like them to acquire knowledge and skills needed to create, manage and administer international project in adult education such as: project integration , scope, time, finance, quality, risks, change, resources, project information and documentation management. 4) In the fourth stage, the trained team will gain international partnership in the project or at the latest by 30 June 2015 will have prepared their own project in adult education. Employees who continually educate themselves and search new areas not only develop their organization but also all cooperating entities. So, project MATAPE to World will not only improve education provided by Regional Charity Pardubice but will also be an inspiration for other local and foreign organizations and individuals. Work of this team is continually monitored and outputs of MATAPE are utilized by Pardubice Regional Council. Councillor responsible for social and non-profit sector Pavel Šotola stated that he supports the training of the team at the meeting of network of maternity centers. The team will spread experience gained through MATAPE to World through media representatives, in the form of personal presentations and through network of maternity centers to more than 300 family and maternity centers in the country.
