Today, it is not enough for the teacher to be an expert in his own field. The teacher has to comprehend the state's educational politics, see its European and global context, because students are not satisfied with old teaching methods and usual forms of work. The project "Think and work in a different way" is a step into a modern, open to changes and willing to learn gymnasium, adaptable to changes of our society. The project will be implemented at Svedasai Juozas Tumas - Vaizgantas gymnasium, Anyksciai district. 4 teachers from our gymnasium are planning to participate in the courses "Spice up formal education!" and "Quality European Project Management within Erasmus+". After these courses, the teachers will share their gained experience with their colleagues, conduct open lessons and seminars. This will be a good stimulus for other teachers to improve. Lesson management will be improved, new innovative teaching methods will be used in the lessons. More attractive lessons will raise students' motivation. When teachers gain some knowledge in project management, they will write and implement Erasmus+ project for KA2 activity.
