The planned process of the project is 1 year. This project includes two main activities. The first activity will be take place in Spain and the main concern is taking a training course on "Branding and Brand Management" which will take 5 days. The second activity will take place in Italy for 3 days and will be an observation period which will inform the participants about the methods of adult education which is applied in Europe. Guney Ege Kalkinma Ajansi is the consortium coordinator. The total number of the participants is 12 which will consists 4 participants from Devlelopment Agency and 2 participants per consortium members. The criterias for the participant profiles will be defined by our Development Agency before and these criteria will be having advanced English knowledge in both speaking and understanding, experience of adult education, participating different cooperation activities beforehand, possessing knowledge about the needs of the regions, possessing the ability of giving the training course on the planned training at the level of European standards and having the properties and competences to develop model implication examples. In the first step of the project, so called training activity, the main subjects will be what a brand basically is, the processes of branding, the importance of branding, creating the perception of a brand, the effects of being a brand over competitiveness, the reasons for the differentiation of a brand. There will be short presentations of the participants on the brand perception and the potential of branding in their regions, and this will help them to get involved in the training more interactive. After this training, a training plan will be arranged by the consortium members. The second activity is based on participating an observation period in another host organization which is giving training courses on adult education. During these 3 days of the activity an adult education simulation will be observed, especially on the subject of brand and branding, and the methods which will foster the effectiveness of non-formal education and other matters which should be regarded in terms of adult education. In this context, the training plan which is prepared before this activity, will be improved and new implications will be added to the programme to make the our training more productive and efficient. There is a set of responsibilities for all institutions participating the project in the project process to make them more involved to the project. These responsibilities will be guaranteed by the agreements. Continuous communication between all parties will be also regarded. Partner institution will frequently use the methods of non-formal education in the training process. Some evaluation methods are set forth to measure the effects of our projects both in the activities and after the activities. These are the instruments, such as evaluation questionnaires, tests, evaluation forms etc. After the training given by the host organization in Spain and the observation activity applied in Italy, it is expected that the participants would be at the level of organizing these trainings in the region in the framework of their training experience on branding in the chosen sectors at the European standards and the knowledge they provided in the activities. Moreover with these trainings, the participants will become more motivated and active in the other activities which they will realize afterwards on this subject. It is expected that both the participants and trainers in the partner institutions will become aware of different methods and instruments by sharing the knowledge and that both of them will use all this knowledge in an active way. Furthermore, it is also expected that the vision and targets of the participant institutions will reach the level of the EU norms and the instruments used in the trainings will be standardized and the training will be in the EU standards. Besides improving the activity organization abilities of participants, it is aimed that the improvement of the ability of giving training courses and transfering the knowledge will be achieved. Last but not the least, being together with different cultures and taking a course in a different language will provide the interaction between the cultures and improve their use of English-language
