Many ideas, one word: entrepreneurship!

The project "Many ideas, one word: entrepreneurship” is a multilateral youth exchange under the “Erasmus +” framework which will be held in the town of Costinesti, Constanta county, Romania between 03 – 12 October 2014. During 10 days (including travel days), 32 young people, between 18 and 25 years old and 6 leaders with no age limit coming from different countries (Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Turkey and Romania) will meet in order to share experiences, learn and focus on concrete actions for the promotion of entrepreneurial spirit. Each country will be represented by 6 young people and 1 group leader excepting Romania whom will have 8 young people and 2 group leader; this is necessary for a better organization and implementation of the project. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of knowledge, skills and competencies in the field of entrepreneurship for 38 participants from five participating countries for a period of 8 days exchange young (excluding travel days). Also, among the 32 participants (excluding the group leaders), the project aims to involve 7 young people whom are facing at fewer opportunities ( excluded from economic / cultural / social reasons). Each country involved in this youth exchange have to present the entrepreneurship ideas in it own country and also, they have to organize an active workshop about entrepreneurship. Also, in the end we will prepare a theatre play about entrepreneurship using the materials/ideas/initiatives developed during the workshops. The project activities are aimed to engaging young people through active participation, which is a priority in the "Erasmus +" framework. Also, it will be facilitated intercultural exchange, exchanging ideas, sustaining dialogue; organized tasks so that each participant will have the opportunity to come into contact with a different culture. Knowledge and understanding of diversity, resulting from involvement in the planned activities, will contribute to increase tolerance and openness towards exchanges and intercultural dialogue. The participants will be taught to understand better their role in society and in the future of Europe because they will learn about the need for the development of entrepreneurship in order to create new opportunities and involvement in economic and social level. Also, it will be facilitated intercultural exchange, the national stock exchange and especially exchanging ideas, sustaining dialogue and intercultural links through the active involvement of young people in the activities of the project, organized tasks so that each participant will have the opportunity to come into contact with a different culture. Knowledge and understanding of diversity, resulting from involvement in the planned activities, will contribute to increase tolerance and openness towards exchanges and intercultural dialogue. For a successful completion of the project we proposed the following working methods: • knowledge games/self konowledge, evaluative games • integrative methods • storyboard • teamwork • brainstorming • discussions/debates on different subjects • teambuilding • intercultural observations The working methods of non-formal which are proposed in the context of exchange activities, aimed at promoting active participation among youth, support for the process of reflection, promotion of tolerance, support and assimilation of cultural differences and of course supporting the understanding between young people from different countries and cultures, the development of cooperation and the creation process. At the end of the youth exchange, each participant will receive a certificate, Youthpass certificate. This will recognise the developed/acquired skills through participation in the activities of the project. As a result of the developed/acquired skills in the youth exchange, participants could try to develop their own business (using ideas/initiatives developed during the workshops), which will have a sustainable impact in the communities from which they came.
