The CEIP "La Fuente" is in a small town in Castilla-La Mancha, where the socioeconomic status has been greatly diminished by unemployment. Most of the teachers of our center (33) is permanent, which gives us a great organizational stability, with 500 students, 201 in preprimary education and the rest in primary, and with 40 students included in our Plan of Care Diversity. The values of solidarity, cooperation, intercultural, accountability and inclusion are the backbone of our school and it helps us to get a comprehensive education for our students, from the cognitive to the affective. Experienced bilingual English section since 2008, with ICT program in the classroom since 2000, our Reading Program being awarded, social cohesion programs, and programs for teacher training in poor countries. Participants in Comenius Regio organized by the Ministry of Education of Castilla-La Mancha and Northern Ireland (2009-1-GB1-COM13-03816). In our school 3 subjects are taught in English, this requires an adaptation of the teaching-learning and teacher training in: - Methodology CLIL-CLIL (content and language integrated learning in the areas taught in another language). - Increasing the competence in English Language. - Incorporation of evaluation based on the European Language Portfolio. Taking part in Erasmus we wanted also to follow this line of work and resume our participation in European educational projects. In the previous analysis of situation we found the following needs: 1. Part of the staff teaching non linguistic subjects had an English Language competencewith lower than B2. 2. Part of the non linguistic teachers didn't have specific training in CLIL. 3. In Preprimary Education none of the tutors had a B2 English level, and we consider it was essential that tutors carried out integration the integration of English content in this level . 4. Little use of digital resources. 5. No involvement in international projects. We established the following objectives which also have an indirect impact on the students: 1. To improve the linguistic competence of teachers, who teach bilingual education. 2. To Train teachers of non linguistic disciplines in student-centered methodology, typical of CLIL. 3. To increase the knowledge of English-speaking countries culture. 4. To enhance the European dimension of the center increasing contacts with other European teachers for future projects. Regarding the above objectives we designed two lines of teacher training activities: 1. Language courses for teachers who do not yet have an English Language B2 level : 1.1. It has improved the quality of the language input that students receive. 1.2. It has strengthened the European dimension of the school by integrating cultural input in different festivals and cultural events. 1.3. We have now a network of European partners and we have taken part in several eTwinning projects and we have tried to start an Erasmus KA2. 1.4. We have improved the digital competence of our students, who are more motivated with this type of cooperative activities. 1.5. The participating teachers, and the rest of the center have received a positive stimulus towards further training. 2. The training courses related to structured learning CLIL and methodology (being of particular interest ICT), has produced the following effects: 1.1. Now we work creating learning environments based on the sudents interests. 1.2. We have increased the volume of collaborative learning as an alternative to individual learning. 1.3. Creating adapted activities to be used in the classroom 1.4. We have developed our own web 2.0 "toolbox" . 1.5. We have integrated the use of rubrics as the evaluation system for CLIL.
