The training course of the ALP Dillingen " management skills continue to develop in exchange with other nations " in Aarhus / Denmark provides for our school an excellent replacement for innovative approaches in the field of leadership and management in a learning organization. Just the thought of the restructuring of school management towards a broader school management is an important aspect . Networking with other nations just provides our school in addition to new ideas and suggestions and discussion of quality development and enhancement to other existing leadership models . The implementation of consulting and coaching services for leaders and teachers for our school is also an important aspect.
Another aspect is the exchange of experiences with regard to concepts of the educational partnership . An interesting question is how is school in Denmark able to attract the parents to participate in a common school development program and actively participate them in the design.
The acquired project skills and experience are communicated in all school committees or multiplied and thus introduced into the quality circle of the inner school development : Jour fixe in the school management, briefing and conference for teachers , monthly meetings with the staff council and parents' council , meeting of the school forum . This leads to a critical examination of the existing targets or measures to new parameters in the internal evaluation and thus to a further development of the school's profile .
2015, we start a Comenius school project. The focus is in the discussion of a future-oriented school profile in the European context . Our current focus is on learning 2.0 ( digital practice and feedback) , Accompanying, Coaching Consulting ( measures for a successful school career )
As a school principal I carry the overall responsibility for the school development process of the National Secondary School Herrieden . In addition, I am a presenter for school development and collegial advice and coach for leadership issues and therefore themselves involved in the training. For our current school development goals such as extended school management, educational partnership and learning 2.0 of the views of the borders and the exchange of related strictly necessary to use both the current as well as the future needs of lifelong learning to meet . The networking at European level can also find partners to promote national and international forward-looking close cooperation between school management and teachers.
