I have knowledge , I have skills and I am not afraid of using it. It's a big project many challenges both for the organizer and for three foreign partners. The partners are organizations from Germany, Spain and the UK. It proposes increasing international mobility of 68 students and 10 teachers from PZS nr 1 in Pszczyna. The target groups of the project are students enrolled in the following professions: car vehicles technician hairdressing services technician car mechanic barber locksmith electrician seller confectioner baker fitter of networks, devices and sanitary - plumber vehicle electrician cook as well as teachers of: mechanical, hairdressing, engineering, construction, catering, commercial; entrepreneurship teachers, foreign language training fields and managing staff. The number of participants in a given occupation, the teaching staff will be determined in the course of recruitment, and after consultation with the host partners . The main objectives of the project is: for students to raise their professional, social, linguistic competence, to form the ability to work in a team and strive to achieve the desired objectives. Also important is the fact that we aim at the acquisition of new skills and new knowledge by students in their profession and to strengthen the knowledge and skills they have already possessed. In the case of teachers we want them to learn new training methods, new techniques used in their sectors and also, in the case of this project, the Spanish system of vocational training. We believe that new methods learned during this enterprise will be applied in their teaching. We also want them to compare the issues they teach our students to what is taught outside Poland. Planned activities include (following the approval and signing the financial agreement): Refinement with the project partners all aspects of ECVET Refinement of issues related to internship program so that it will be fully coherent with the objectives Signing of the relevant agreements with the host organization as well as with participants of the project, Recruiting participants Appointing guardians for trainees, Conducting language, pedagogical, cultural, health and safety training Ensuring transport, accommodation, insurance and all necessary materials to carry out an internship for all participants The purchase of equipment and materials, Organization of the document – EKUZ Safe conducting internships Conducting ongoing monitoring of the implementation of the internship, Ensuring systematic reporting of participants, Organization of the Europass Mobility document and documents related to ECVET Running a campaign promoting the project, organization of pre-journey meetings and evaluation of the project with participants, Promoting effects and outcomes related to the project in local environment, Publication of materials in the local media, on the school website, Timely submission of the report of the beneficiary, Correct and timely financial settlement of the project, Ensuring the sustainability of results. We expect that the results of the project will be: - Raising the students' knowledge in the field of professions in which they are trained, - Learning new techniques related to their profession by students , - Understanding the Spanish vocational training system by teachers - Learning by teachers new forms and methods of work in vocational training in their industries, - Improving language, professional and social competence of participants - Increasing the international mobility of Polish citizens , - Involving more teachers in matters related to the implementation of EU projects - Making employers aware of how important it is for their students acquire the skills and experience in foreign companies, - Increasing the importance of our school in the local community, - Enhancing methods of education, - Increasing the effectiveness of education, - Demonstrating the correlation between theory and practice, - Implementation of the European path of institution development . The project implementation will positively influence participants in the project, the school and the local environment, employers and institutions connected with education. In the context of the long-term impact, not without significance is the fact that our students have taken part in the implementation of foreign internships for many years. We hope that thanks to the project, another group of our students will realize the awaited internship and in the nearest future thanks to their experience, knowledge and skills gained and developed during the internship will be motivator for students to participate in future internships. In the case of the teachers- learned new techniques combined with those already used in both professional and related to teaching methodology issues will be reflected in the development of methods of teaching our students. We strive to ensure that our graduates will be well repared prepared for life.
