Project „Little Polish – Little European” is addressed to children in age of from 2,5 to 6 years old, their parents and whole kindergarten stuff. The project has been created in order to enable each child (regardless of the financial status of their families) to speak English like their mother tongue.Within the realization of the project we have planned tasks as following:1. Enhancement of the language competences of the teachers by participating in language course in Croatia “Teaching English the Fun Way”;2. Better understanding of European education via the exchange of experiences and methods of working with kindergarten children with other participants of the course in Croatia;3. Realization of the project: “Mum, Dad, Europe and I” within the cooperation with chosen European country by means of TIK4. Creation and implementation of novel curriculum of English learning for children between 2,5 and 6 years old as a pedagogical innovationThe aim of the project is to enhance the motivation for learning English since infancy; learn tolerance and respect toward other people; develop the abilities of using modern informational-communicational technologies; create the feeling of social belongingness.Methods used during the realization of the project: staging, webquest, electronical lessons with the usage of projector and others.Anticipated results: enhancing of language skills for children and teachers; gaining abilities of the usage of TIK for fun, studying and work; raising children’s awareness of the culture of their own country and elements of the culture of other countries that are the partners of the projects; creative partnership between teachers taking part in the project; novel curriculum for English registered as pedagogical innovation.
