Social art as teaching and self-expression tool creates the potential for future actions, it unleashes creativity and the content of learning process refers to talents and abilities that can be used as a ideas and inspiration for social entrepreneurship not only as way of performance but to draw public attention on specific social problems. As teaching method can be useful for learning of languages, traditions and culture in the different target groups: in the training process of refugees and persons with disabilities, unemployed and older people.Both the job shadowing and training course will be carried out during this Project. First mobility (1 participant): job shadowing in the partner organization Cultural Association VIAINDUSTRIAE (Italy). The Cultural Association VIAINDUSTRIAE is working in a fragile area in the middle of Italy with marginalized areas with many social strains (isolation, unemployment, racial integration). In this context the association is promoting varied social art projects. Justification of mobility is promotion of new, innovative teaching and learning methods and not only the social art as tool for social engagement and teaching methodology, but as platform for social entrepreneurship.Duration of mobility is 6 days: 1) introduce with organization and philosophy of organization2) introduce with organization of activities from idea to the social intervention3) share best practices in the field social art, exchange between social organization and creative organizations4) assist with suggestions to prepare info material and methodology5) assist with development of guidelines to promote opportunities of social art6) establish long future cooperation during projects and mentoring.Second mobility (2 participants): training course Event Wise Training, provided by Olde Vechte Foundation (Netherlands). It is an organization with a long experience in non-formal education, personal development, and coaching, social and cultural work. Event Wise is a dynamic personal development training that equips you with tools and techniques that increase your abilities to achieve personal and professional success while enjoying life. The Event Wise training consists of 7 full working days.The acquired knowledge will be applied in the widest possible circle: in foreseen future projects acquired knowledge will be integrated continue to be developed in order to reduce unemployment, improve education, and promote social and civil growth and responsibility by the development of new teaching methods or guidelines. All relevant materials will be published in organizations website and accessible for all stakeholders. Results of this project could be valuable for organizations working with refugee’s integration and adult education sectors, as well for organizations working with people with disabilities. This mobility project is the first step to develop in Latvia platform for social art and stimulate social entrepreneurship through art with not only direct impact on learning process, but also perspective of opportunity of self development. For both dissemination of the results of mobility and the distribution of the materials will be used social accounts of Social innovation centrewill be used (Facebook and Twitter); the website, as well as cooperation and partner organizations websites.Project management will be executed by Social innovation centre. Tracking toweards project objectives will be provided during the whole project.Gained knowledge are planned to be:a) written in the Europass CV;b) certified by Europass Mobility Document, describing shadowing activities.
