"Making precious team" - project where 5 volunteers from Armenia, Georgia, France, Germany and Hungary will meet children and youngsters from social risk environment with some behavior problems. Volunteers and children will be empowered to non-formal and intercultural learning, will learn to get to know and accept another culture, will learn skills that are important to team-work, will learn to settle the aims and consistently reach them, together they will learn to look to the surrounding creatively and will learn to make business from simple things. Main topics of the project are inclusion, culture and creativity. 10 months volunteers and children will spend their days together learning from each other. Both sides - volunteers and children will have to learn to communicate, social, intercultural skills, tolerance, responsibility, team-work, leading and many other skills. It will increase volunteers' and their target group's employability and better integration to the society.
