Makine Parçası Üretiminde Kullanılan Bilgisayar Destekli Teknolojilere Yönelik Öğrenci Stajı
Date du début: 1 août 2016, Date de fin: 31 juil. 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Computer aided technologies that shorten duration of work, minimize errors and increase productivity in the manufacturing sector as well as in all sectors have become widespread in parallel to developed technology. Three-dimensional modeling and mass production of machine parts in the sector have become impossible without using computer aided technologies. This situation has made it necessary to give necessary vocational training for use of new technologies intended for the manufacturing sector. The manufacturing sector needs technical personnel that can use modern technologies like CAD, CAM and CNC in the best way and has work experience. Within the context of MEGEP (Project for Strengthening Vocational Education and Training System), course contents of Machine, Metal and Mechatronics areas and subjects of manufacturing with CAD, CAM and CNC have been included in curriculum. MEGEP course contents related to computer aided design and production of machine parts have been prepared on the basis of AUTOCAD and Solidworks programs. Silivri MTAL (Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School), Velimeşe MTAL and Çerkezköy TTV-METEM have adequate structure to give training of AUTOCAD and Solidworks programs. However, because of high system costs of CAD, CAM and CNC and infrastructure existing inadequacies of schools, manufacturing practices can't be included in vocational training process in an adequate way. There are many factories in the regions of project partner schools as 321, 236 and 155 factories in Silivri, Çerkezköy and Velimeşe respectively. In the region there is a large need of labor force for machinery and metal. But our students can't benefit from available employment opportunities and have employment difficulty in their field of study as they don't have enough practical skills and experience. Goals of the project are that the students studying Machine and Metal Technologies and Mechatronics in the project partner schools will improve their vocational competences in computer aided manufacturing of machine parts, can use CNC and CAD-CAM machines, gain work experience and acquire qualifications to benefit from employment opportunities in the region by strengthening their vocational and professional competences. In order to achieve these goals, a consortium has been established between Velimeşe MTAL and Çerkezköy TTV METEM under the leadership of Silivri MTAL; and partnerships have been built with the organizations Bildungs Centrum Nies (Germany) and HTL Wien 10 (Austria). Project Management Team to be leaded by our school and including representatives from each school will organize planned activities and arrangements for proper execution of the project and will provide coordination among the schools. Project partner schools will establish Participant Identification Commissions and identify the participant students.project partner school will carry out preparatory activities to eliminate possible lack of vocational knowledge of the participant students, to improve their foreign language skills, to have them gain awareness about working environment and to facilitate their adaptation to destination countries; and will perform dissemination activities. Within the hosting partners the following activities will be carried out; job training, business studies, social and cultural activities. They will organize services to be provided for the participants with the support of project management team. Content of job training has been prepared paying regard to needs of our participants, qualifications required by the labor market and opinions of the hosting partners. Each project flow will be limited to 7 students to increase effectiveness of job training and accompanying teachers will be assigned to follow improvement of the participants and to provide support services. Overseas job training activities including 7 mobility will make our 49 students be able to use CAD-CAM and CNC systems, gain knowledge, skills and work experience in computer aided manufacturing of machine parts, recognize innovative and successful practices and strengthen their vocational competences. The participant students will also improve their foreign language schools, recognize different cultures, gain awareness of active and EU citizenship, increase their motivation and self-confidence and improve themselves personally thanks to the project. Their resumes will be consolidated through their gains and certificates proving these gains. This will facilitate their employment. They will transfer their gains into businesses they work for and contribute to strengthening of the labor market. The project will have a positive impact on approach o all students (especially participants students) to education and contribute to decrease of absenteeism and school dropout rates; will raise awareness about importance of vocational training by attracting notice of students and local people.
