V? rug?m s? fi?i conci?i ?i clari."Make it as you want it" is a project that is borne from the 4 years experience of A.R.T. Fusion and its members. This year, 2009, A.R.T. Fusion will give a social-artistic task (a 3 days social participative art festival with a social them relevant for the young people in Bucharest) to a team of young Europeans. An international team will give a new approach, a different impact and more visible result. Therefore trough this project we will "test" how an international team of 15 young people can answer to a need of Bucharest(Romanian) young people, how they can implement the needed actions to answer to that social need and measure the impact that will produce it. It will be a challenge on both sides : for the foreign volunteers that will spend 2 months in Romania to realise this project (to adapt , use their skills and develop new one, to succeed) and of course the local team and in fact the beneficiaries (how this ones will answer to this international team intervention?). Therefore the aim of this project is to increase the level of active participation of a international group of volunteers in solving social problems of a certain Romanian/European community. More specific objectives for reaching this aim are to develop for an international team of 20people (Romanians and foreigners) social participative arts managements skills to implement a 3 days Participative Art Festival that will answer the needs of young people of Bucharest to stimulate the creative, innovative approaches and art methods for at least 20 people (Romanians and foreigners) to promote the idea of European Citizen by promoting Youth in Action program trough different street events (among the youngsters)
