The creation of a multicultural groups with English as taught language is a new and awaited event in educational system for parents and teachers of Ida-Virumaa. In the near future it will ensure the effective learning of English language and will affects significantly people-to-people relations. Ida-Virumaa is a county inhabited by representatives of many nations, and there is hope that there will be more respect and tolerance among other nations. Secondly, the objective of the mobility project is to establish and implement study programs for young people, especially who don't have a job. In Ida-Virumaa unemployment is a big problem. In the future the teachers are supposed to establish a new course which will introduce the living environment of the United Kingdom. The participants of the course will be given knowledge and competences within the framework of the United Kingdom's culture, work and studies of the necessary laws, modern British society and morals relating to the subject matter. The main aim of this course is to help the young students of the course quickly enough to adapt to a new environment, to know their rights and obligations, and to feel themselves comfortable abroad. In a long term given the competences and knowledge obtained in the course would help young people feel safer at EU level, to understand the values of the union, to take them to embrace and develop enthusiasm for lifelong learning. Parts of the contents of these courses are related to information technologies, interactive, Web-based learning environments and effective use of IT sources, since it that appeared that among our teachers there are some difficulties in using this effective area of teaching process. According to the teachers opinion one of the most effective ways to self-development is also sharing of experience and competences among colleagues. The management of the project shall be carried out by a specially created group of the teachers under the leadership of the project manager. The project manager will be responsible for organization of seminars after finishing the courses and the identification the needs of teachers development.
