The aim of the project is to develop co-operation between local administrative authorities andother actors in local administration, civic organisations and business sector development inLapland, Northern Ostrobothnia, Norrbotten, Västerbotten and Murmansk. The project involvesthe exchange of officials and training, group work, annual seminars and new projects created as aresult of these.
