This project is directed to students of vocational school with the specialization of a logistic technician. Thirty-two students from two schools (located in Ostrowia Mazowiecka and in Piotrkowice Małe) will take part in the project. Students come from small towns, where any access to high-level education is limited. Moreover, these students are often brought-up in poor families, who cannot afford to provide their children with an opportunity of placement abroad, thus joining Erasmus+ program, which would be a perfect idea for them. The aim of this project is to take an apprenticeship in Greece in logistic companies and consequently, gain experience at high level, which will be proved by appropriate certificates. The participants of the project will stand a chance of applying their theoretical knowledge into practice. What is more, there will be essential benefits from taking part in the project, which will include such issues as making progress in speaking foreign languages and possibility to become acquainted with working conditions in a foreign country, such as the rights and obligations of employees. In addition, due to this travel, the students will become more comprehensible, sociable, open-minded, ready for new challenges and mobile in case of prospective changes of place of residence associated with taking up work or studies abroad. As an effect of participating in the vocational training in Greece, the students will become more attractive on Polish and foreign labor market. An additional asset connected with taking part in the project is promotion of the school on the national and international stage. Apart from undeniable profits for students, the involvement in the project will be advantageous for FINEA company and for a foreign partner, with whom the company will cooperate during realization of the project. Doubtlessly, participating in the project will be beneficial and will result not only in gaining experience and promotion of the company on the international market, but will help to obtain new foreign partners as well.
