The Youth Exchange “Log Out!” with 6 partner organizations and 30 participants (4 participants + 1 leader per organization) from6 different European countries (Latvia, Greece, Lithuania , Italy, Poland and Slovenia) implemented succesfully by Sistema un GLatvija in Jelgava, Latvia on 8 – 15 May, 2015 (6 days, excluding travel days).The Youth Exchange “Log Out!" managed to promote, encourage and develop environmentally friendly thinking and acting invarious situations and places, and to develop the understanding of how ones individual action can influence and have greatimpact to the environment. Participants were able to recognize environmentally friendly and unfriendly actions and then make achoice by themselves. The Youth Exchange “Log Out" organized with the clear aim to give a chance and a choice for 30youngsters from Greece, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, Lithuania and Italy to try to live green, active and healthy lifestyle. Missionaccomplished!The project fullfilled all its aims as through non formal educational tools and activities managed to develop in young people new skills of environmentally friendly way of thinking and action in everyday life, to build young people understanding that everyonesbehavior can affect the environment from what consists our planet, as well as promoting active and healthy leisure activities.During the project young people tested in a variety of everyday green lifestyle ideas (vegetarianism, waste disposal, yoga andwater saving, etc.), there were organized workshops (natural cosmetic preparation etc.), as well as sharing of experiences andcreating a blog in the Internet and digital Menu Green in the form of recipe book. At the end of the project materials wereassembled and distributed to young audiences over the Internet.Nowadays basic needs are covered by technology but the connection between humans and natural environment is missing in socalled Western countries. So we tried to renew this connection between humans and environment.Log out from your computers and Log in the Real Life!
