The project promoted the establishment of bilateral Hungarian-Romanian cultural and art relations. In the framework of a mirror project, one-year cooperation between Zoltán Nadányi Cultural Centre and the State Philharmonics of Oradea was effected. Main programs of the project included the Bihar Folk Festival, and the joint dance performance titled "Shoes spoilt by dancing" by the Oradea Dance Ensemble and the Bihar Folk Dance Ensemble. The cooperation is documented by creating the homepage titled Bihar Country and the cultural database of the euroregion and publishing it in a printed form. But the mission serving for the approximation of the nations, getting to know each other better and therefore respecting each other has great significance beyond all this.
