TERMINÉ
The aim of the project is the building of local LRED main players entrepreneurial and administrative capacities to enhance social, information, trade and other links to local level, as well as between partner countries hence encouraging national governments to scale-up cooperation opportunities and synergize efforts towards better life in the Black Sea Basin. Achievements: 5 cross-border initiatives coached and supported by project team.Start-up promotion measures launched 250 entrepreneurs in 5 participating countries involved in various training and consulting events.15 PACA Exercises conducted in 15 communities / regions of partner countries75 local stakeholders of which 45 from local administrations trained and coached in LRED methods.
