Date du début: 31 mai 2010, Date de fin: 29 juin 2013 PROJET  TERMINÉ

LO-PINOD aims to enhance multi-modal accessibility and interconnectivity of ports of regional importance. The project will focus on three aspects:·         INLAND - A transnational investment preparation approach for inland connections will trigger significant investments and allow assessing suitability of existing national and EU policies and improving them; ·         PORTS - Building a joint knowledge platform, capacities & procedures will enhance co-operation of regional ports; SEASIDE - Research into market potential and set up of new short sea shipping and feeder connections will improve seaside accessibility. Achievements: LO-PINOD (Logistics Optimisation for Ports Intermodality: Network, Opportunities, Development) challenged traditional practices of freight distribution and offered a more sustainable alternative.Through improvements to short sea routes, multi-modal connectivity between regional ports and their hinterland, and diversified port land use and operational models, LO-PINOD helped deliver social and economic benefits to communities and businesses across the North Sea Region.Documents:LO-PINOD report 21 - Exploring access to commercial markets by sea / SEStran Short Sea Shipping ReportLO-PINOD report 20 - Improving multimodal landside links / The Kilbride Group final report Sittingbourne – Ridham DocksLO-PINOD report 05_Annex 02 - Improving multimodal landside links / Port of Ramsgate Low Carbon PlanLO-PINOD report 19 - Improving linkages with community / Thanet maritime masterplanLO-PINOD report 18 - Improving linkages with community / Drammen heritage studyLO-PINOD report 17 - Improving linkages with community / LO-PINOD partners undertake economic impact assessmentsLO-PINOD report 16 - Port diversification into maritime energy sector / Port of Ostend Seanergy port collaboration groupingLO-PINOD report 15 - Port diversification into maritime energy sector / Port of Ostend sustainable renovationLO-PINOD report 14 - Port diversification into maritime energy sector / Port of Hantsholm report on LNG for shipping: perspectives for regional portsLO-PINOD report 13 - Port diversification into maritime energy sector / Port of Hantsholm report into financing port developmentLO-PINOD report 12 - Port diversification into maritime energy sector / Harlingen cruise brochureLO-PINOD report 11 - Port diversification into maritime energy sector / Feasibility study on establishing an offshore shuttleLO-PINOD report 10 - Port diversification into maritime energy sector / Regional ports work together to maintain competitiveness against large portsLO-PINOD report 09 - Exploring access to commercial markets by sea / Transporting fresh produce through more sustainable routesLO-PINOD report 08 - Exploring access to commercial markets by sea / The empty containers reportLO-PINOD report 07 - Exploring access to commercial markets by sea / Bulk cargo studyLO-PINOD report 06 - Improving multimodal landside links / Port of Ostend rail investment summary reportLO-PINOD report 05_Annex 01 - Improving multimodal landside links / Port of Ramsgate Low Carbon PlanLO-PINOD report 05 - Improving multimodal landside links / Port of Ramsgate Low Carbon PlanLO-PINOD report 04 - Improving multimodal landside links / Meppel Low Carbon Harbour PlanLO-PINOD report 03 - Improving multimodal landside links / Port Development StrategyLO-PINOD report 02 - Improving multimodal landside links / Drammen multimodal development of port facilitiesLO-PINOD report 01 - Improving multimodal landside links / Esbjergs intermodal terminalLO-PINOD Newsletter - Issue 06LO-PINOD Newsletter - Issue 05LO-PINOD Newsletter - Issue 04LO-PINOD Newsletter - Issue 03LO-PINOD Newsletter - Issue 02LO-PINOD Newsletter - Issue 01LO-PINOD brochure 2013For more information please visit: http://archive.northsearegion.eu/ivb/projects/details/&tid=128&back=yes
