Sector education has a great need to increase the pedagogical and didactic consensus and collaboration between preschools and schools , today cooperation only take place regarding practical issues . Increased consensus on children's learning facilitates transitions between preschool and school will hopefully lead to a better understanding between different stages during the child's elementary school years . Greater consensus means that the children's knowledge and learning processes , acquired in preschool , are utilized and further developed in elementary school. Thus creating a greater involvement of the child and insights of lifelong learning.Doing this course we want to develop the skills of managers and developers in pre-school and primary school to enable them to implement and lead the development of a common understanding, cooperation and collaboration on children's learning processes regardless type of school. The new knowledge in the organization will form a basis for development and make an organization that helps to create a common understanding of lifelong learning . And so helping it to create transitions between school types which will link into each other as children's learning processes are linked. The project will implement mobilities for a total of 60 people , divided into three courses. Methods that will be used in the evaluation are reflection journal , pictures / movies , workshops and learning groups focusing on participation and exchange of experience both in the physical meetings and digital arenas . Insights and new knowledge based on the courses and the collegiate learning allows participants from the different types of school to be strengthened in their professional capacity.It also involves the dissemination of excellence and the effect of the goal to create transitions that are based on consensus , collaboration and cooperation is increasing. In the long term, it will contribute to children's education process becoming more cohesive and equal regardless children's different needs. At the same time we will gain lessons for future development and create the opportunity to find future partners, for example through e - Twinning. The project can also be an important contribution to preventive action of creating an equal education ladder according to the City of Gothenburg's objectives, those of national policy documents and the EU's key competences for lifelong learning.
