'LIVING GREEN' is Youth exchange project in accordance with Eramsus+ Programme which will take place from 1.10 to 9.10.2015. in Vodice, Croatia. Project will gather 25 young people age 18-30 from Croatia, Greec, Spain, Lithuania, Macedonia - 4 participants + 1 group leader. The main topic of the project is healthy lifestyle and active youth participation. Project activities will be based on non formal education and experiential learning. They will include diverse workshops encouraging participants to engage and support their own learning process. Some of methods and tools used in project will be outdoor experiential learning, discussions, meditation and antistress workshop, learning circle, expedition in nature. The main workshop of the project will stimulate participants creativity on creation of a healthy meal which they will sell afterwards in order to raise money for charities. In this way participants wil be activley included in events of local community, spread the word of health and wellbeing and help local community through charities. Project will also include teambuilding workshops, antistress techniques, body language workshop, yoga and acro yoga, body painting, orientation workshop, trip to island Prvić - place where the time stopped etc. Throught these workshops participants will have a chance to work with young people from different background and develope their creativity, self confidence, language competences, physical abilities, non verbal communication, international and intercultural cooperation. The goal of the project is to promote health and wellbeing and to teach young people importance of keeping both mind and body in good shape. Also to encourage young people to practice sport and spend the time in nature. After the project execution participants will know how to pratice healthy lifestyle and transfer their knowledge on others in their community.
