Project “Leaf by Leaf” is a demonstrative educational campaign aiming to involve youth from Varna in the decision-making process of solving the problem of solid waste. The project is an organized system for motivating and encouraging participation of young people from kindergartens, schools, universities, offices in the recycling process. The EVS volunteer included in the implementation of the project will do so by initiating meetings with directors of schools and offices of firms, and introduce the idea. For those who desire to participate, we provide transportation services for the collected paper. For every kilo of recycling paper given to the recycling center we receive money, which is then transferred to a special fund that supports youth initiatives that lead in solving solid waste problems.
