Life-long-learning: Stocktaking now and for the future
The Family Akademy Mühlviertel from Austria and Studiefrämjandet from Sweden work together since many years very successfully. Now they want to make a stockmaking with concrete thematic examples in order do reflect competences of staff personal. About the existing projects and activities they make a documentation in order to discuss them, bring them on an international level and discuss about developing for future.
The main method is a Job Shadowing with 4 persons from the Familienakademy Mühlviertel at Studiefrämjandet in Sweden. Esspacially following main topics should be reflected with a theoretical and practical view:
• Learning with new medias
• Participation in life long learning
• Learning with and from different organications
• New forms of adult education natural and environmental education
• Basis education for the whole life as measure against analfabetism
A competenceprofil of the staff is made and necessary measures are developed for the future.
In the preparation to the Job Shadowing the organizations are contacted and asked about interesting topics for both sides. At the Jobshadowing the people and organizations get known each other about their work and projects. They make expert interviews, practical examples are visited. They discuss about development in the future.
With the results there will be done an documentation in form of an Austrian-Swedish broschure. The results are shown on the homepages and in meetings of the organisation. The broschure is the basis for working into the future with staff personal and trainer. Topics, activities etc. can be shown, adapted and developed with the broschure.
A following aspect is to make strategical partnership in the next step in order to develop new projects and activities..
