"LIJA"- is a Project called " History of Lithuania Through the eyes of youth". This Project motivates young people to take a new look at the history of Lithuania, to acknowledge peculiarities of our ancestors live style, to understand the meaning of the most important events in the history of Lithuania, since it's sources till nowadays. Twenty selected members of the project will be invited to the "Project control"seminar. There we will get know each other better, we will dispute the project idea, the problems which could rise during the Project and the ways how we would solve it. We will get in contact with the other Lithuanian youth organizations from Anykðèiai, Vilnius, Trakai, Kaunas, Jurbarkas, Ðilutë, Klaipëda, Ðiauliai, Pasvalys and Birþai. Together we will get know more about history of Lithuania and our districts. Later we will get into the journey around the Lithuania, by improving our knowledge we will restore the greatest and the most important events of the history of Lithuania by using various stage arts: linear and late middle ages dances, singing songs, acting and using pantomime. This historical journey through the "time" will last 10 days. During it, we will convey the history of Lithuania in the most attractive way by producing a short film "History of Lithuania Through the eyes of youth".
