The aim of the project is creating a long lasting network of partnership and cooperation. The partnership which is concentrated on the theme of training and supporting leaders development aims to create effective methods of non-formal education in this area. The pre-analysis was carried out which gave a good insight into the problems emerging from the experience of previous leaders trainings and allowed to specify the issues that the partners want to bring up at the meeting.In this project a contact has been established with 3 organizations from the EU (Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia) and 1 from Turkey which have previously carried out projects in this area and want to improve their qualifications, exchange expertince and begin a regular international cooperation. Each organization will send 4 people motivated to participate in the meeting, together 20 people. The project will take place between 26-31 July 2011 in Jodelka Hotel in L’w. Katarzyna, near Kielce, Poland.The activities planned in the project include presenting previous projects/activities , discussions on forms of educating leaders, sharing good and bad practices, comparing various point of view on the role of leaders in the society. The methods will be connected with non-formal education: presentations, World cafe, brainstorm, groupwork, simulation, energizers, icebrakers, drama creations.The effects will be:- building a platform of cooperation which serves development of working methods used in order to raise their effectiveness,- creating outlines of new projects to carry out in the future.The results and reflections and the outlines of new projects will be published on the project webpage called ″Youth Leaders International‴ which will play a part of a cooperation platform for organizations interensted and working in the field of leadership.
