International youth exchange project " Library of experience” will take place in Salcininkai city, Lithuania. This social employment project will involve young people from 18-25 years old from Lithuania , Turkey, Romania, Italy and Spain. The main aim of the project: to bring together an active European youth from different countries and to show the community the ways in which a young person can engage in an active social life. The project will last 5 days and involve 6 young people and 1 group leader from each partner country (total 35 participants from Lithuania , Turkey, Romania, Italy and Spain) . During the project, we plan to organize a number of non-formal education methods based activities: planting trees , birdhouses production, to process the court and the Council meeting simulation , open spaces, youth presentation , youth staged delivery lessons, cultural evening, theatrical performances for young people to create a wide range of global challenges, discussions. The methods what we will use during the project: group work and individual work, discussions, drawing, simulation, theatrical performances, verbal communication, open or enclosed space, creative work . This project should motivate young people to participate actively in the communities and youth organizations activities, European youth dialogue, accelerate the development of youth work creativity field to accelerate the spread of non-formal education of young people in the area. It is expected that after this project the idea even more will be expand and after the project "Library of experience" will be carried out in various countries, to include project activities maximize experienced partner who can share their experiences with the youth around Europe.
