School project – Let’s play with fairy tales – is focused on searching and finding new ways of communication development for mentally disabled children, getting over barriers and bringing new benefits into theirs life by alternative forms of education. We would like to reach development of different kinds of communication via acting the roles, dramatization, imitating games, active perception of fairy tales action, creating new friendships with children from foreign countries. Fairy tail for children all over the world is full of positive emotions, magic world, and that’s why we do consider it as a best form for of developing communication and friendship among children. It is also a resource for searching and finding adequate form of expressing each pupil. Every nation has its own fairy tails where are described ways of living and what its people thoughts are. In spite of variety and some differences between nations, the main points of fairy tails are the same. Through our project, we would like to reach, that children realize, that people everywhere in the world are equal and theirs good relationships are dependant of common communication. Project starts with familiarization of typical fairy tail from the country children come from and then the children will learn to present it with different ways. They will act the fairy tail as theatre, puppet show and pantomime. Because multi sensorial absorbing is very important for mentally disabled children, we will use as many senses as possible while collateral activities. The children will draw, model, sing and play simple instruments about the fairy tail. The activities that will happen will be recorded on DVD and this record will be changed between the partner schools.This way we will get along and get know new fairy tails.
