The soul of the Toulouse European School of Law, is to give to the young people the opportunity to understand the main important topics present in the european scene nowadays .Indeed through the prism of the global vision of the problems, all its members share the idea that the European decisions and solutions need an effective State cooperation. The Toulouse Students European Projects Association members agree with this conception which make appear a common will of its members to interest the youth of the european union through a global reflexion; in order to make them understand that they can have a key role within the European Union. In order to raise awareness of the young people it has been decided to focus the project on the political commitment of the Youthness.In the one hand, the aim of the project is to lead the young people to think about the current situations regarding to the different topics choosen. Those topics deal with the study of some european rights which are nowadays in the middle of the political sphere.Firstly within a European Human Right perspective, we want the young people to think about the new european concerns, which are specially linked with the future european decisions. Therefore in front of the discredit of the VIG right, both in Spain than in France, it was decided that it would constitute the first topic of the project.Secondly, due to the interrogations at the european level about the datas protection and especially the Right to be forgotten, the project members wanted the young people to make aware on this new concern. Finally, saw like the main topic of the next centuries, the right to an effective environnement policy which would ensure the subsequent right to a healthy environnement constitute the third line of thoughts. In the other hand, the elaboration of some proposals which will be used for the debate, organized the days of the conference in Toulouse, will be posible through the young people preparation. This preparation lead whether with specialized teams or in an autonomous way will be posible thanks to documents (newspapers, laws…) elaborated by the TSEPA with the help of the project partner. Thus, the first step of the project will consist into the young people work. In a second time this work will be questioned to the stakeholder who will come from different areas. There will be lawyers, communication experts, sociologists, politicians. The forty young people who will participate will be aged from 16 to 25 years old and will have the possibility to take an active part into the debate through their proposals. Indeed the project want the young people to be on the middle of the european scene through the possibility to give them the right to speak. Consequently the young people will understand better the world in which they live. Finally after the conference, the proposals and conclusions will be summered in a memorial which will be delivered to the European Commission , to the public authorities to the partner, and will be available on the TSEPA website; hoping that it could serve to developed some real action within the European UnionThe project members want also that this action to be the departure of young think tank within the structures were the young people come from in order to be a future help for people who want to organize european projects.
