In order to encourage the cross-border population to rediscover their territory, the partners outline a balanced and varied cultural offer, with greater emphasis on audiences, artists, designers, local stakeholdersand youth associations.They focus, in particular, on the development of a logistics structure to support both professional and amateur companies, primarily for street and circus arts, but also theatre, dance and plastic arts.Artists and population constitute a creative chain from which artists draw inspiration. Building on ideas from the audience, the artists produce a musical work, a painting or another work of art.Finally, the partners create a kind of trade guilds to create conditions for the implementation of priority, transversal or partnership actions. Achievements: - Organisation of art training courses and workshops, bringing together over 1,000 people (10 training courses and 90 workshops);- organisation of 4 Comptoirs dArt editions;- establishment of the action 1.000 Artistes en herbe (1,000 young artists), that mobilised 27 classes for a total of 540 scholars;- organisation of ten artist residencies, with meeting and exchange moments with the population through meeting workshops;- organisation of 10 cocktail buses bringing audiences to the various performances and thus encouraging exchanges between audiences;- collection of inhabitants testimonies and creation of a group Passeurs de Mémoire (memory passers) to feed a theatre work, expositions, a book and photos;- organisation of four editions of the Turbulentes street arts festival, bringing together around 30,000 people per edition;- organisation of four editions of the Instantantées, a book and desktop publishing market.
