After that had appeared the hashtag "a good jew" on Twitter, that brought to visibility thousands of Anti-Semitic tweets, UEJF realised there was no proper regulation to prevent hate speeches on the internet. This is why UEJF then decided to attack Twitter. its action led Twitter to set up a reporting system and to deliver to the police the identities of the the authors of anti-Semitic tweets. This action showed on the one hand the lack of proper regulation on a European level, and on the other the capability of civil society to make important change. This project aims at generalizing the effects of this action through the training of young european activists, that will acquire the relevant skills and knowledge to promote the implementation of of regulation devices to prevent hate speeches on the internet. To do so, UEJF and its partners, EGAM and EUJS, will organize concertation meetings and a training program where experts will train activists that should later on present a series of propositions to members of the European Parliament. These meetings will imply 70 participants from five European countries, experts, representatives of the foremost web firms (Google, Facebook and Twitter), and political leaders. This project should leed to think new devices that should create the resources for Europe to leave up to the challenge of regulating free speech on the internet.
