The project is focused on the field of raising professional and language qualifications of the participants and preparing them to adult life.The project’s objective is to increase participants’ chances on labor market- on national and European level. To achieving this goal lead specific project’s objectives. Those will be: to enable participants to acquire new knowledge and skills, enabling participants to improve their language skills and personal competences.These objectives are in line with the targets of the Erasmus +Programe, listed in the Erasmus + Program Guide:- Will contribute to raising the level of key competencies and skills to match labor market needs;- Contribute to improving foreign language skills and promote linguistic and cultural diversity in the EU;- Broaden the international dimension of training and education.The project articipants will be 64 students. Their specializations are:Tourist service technician;Construction technician;Landscape architecture technician;Butcher;Cabinetry assembler and construction finishing worker.They will leave for internships to Italy, where they will be for 3 weeks work in local businesses.Expected outcomes of the project are:- Gain new and widening previously owned qualifications which increase participants’ chances on the labor market;- Improving language skills- Undergoing by the participants edagogical-linguistical-cultural preparatoin within a predetermined time;- Receivng by the project participants Europass Mobility documents;- Receiving by the participants language courses completion certificates, and certificates of cultural and pedagogical preparation course completion, held in the preparatory classes framework;- Receiving by the participants an internship certificate, issued by the partner organization;- Expanding the ability to use information and communication technologies;- Improving the professional and personal aspirations;- Increasing motivation to continue learning;- Increasing discipline, sense of duty and self-reliance;- Gaining by staff experience necessary to implement new projects;- Raising the prestige and attractiveness of the school.Achieving planned goals and results of the project will enable participants to gain competitive advantage while looking for a job and help to avoid social exclusion for those who, due to the financial situation, familysituation or other factors, are in risk of that. This means support for trainees’ mobility on the European labor market.Besides increasing personal competences, interns will improve their professional qualifications, specific to each above-mentined specialization. Learning new language and professional vocabulary will be crucial - the experience gained during internships will facilitate to the project participants effectively compete for a job after graduation. Participants of the project, after completing internships and returning to the country, will be able to transfer the knowledge and experience to other students as well as to the teachers, and newly gained skills will be used for students’ future careers, allowing to use their experience and knowledge at employing them companies. This will contribute to raising the standard and increase the diversity of services of those companies. Implementation of the project will facilitate the fulfillment of the mission, which has ZS No. 1 in Ełk (School Complex) established for itself:Create opportunities, develop talents, even students’ chances.
