This mobility is part of the training and development skill-development plan for the staff of FEDE member schools. The project is managed by a dedicated team of 5 persons (steering committee) under centralised management of the grants but with autonomy left to the participants for the organisation of their travel and the search for an internship for the recent graduates. The Spanish partner Progesti@ is part of a dynamic network and provides not only the placement but also contributes to the didactic approach. The independent agency EQAHE accompanies the evaluation of the project as a whole. A valuation strategy is defined, including the development or update of multi-platform communication and training tools, widely distributed, and the delivery of the Europass document to all participants.
