Date du début: 1 sept. 2015, Date de fin: 31 déc. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The mobility project, whose subject is pinhole photography, is addressed to 30 young people (aged 13-25), out of whom 18 come from Romania and 12 from Poland. 13-day workshop is addressed to the youth eagerly interested in photography, simultaneously they do not require any knowledge or practice in this field, want to totally consciously construct pinhole cameras on their own and through this educational experience, want to experiment with this technique. The workshop is also dedicated for the youth who want to spend their free time nontrivially, invest their valuable time in self-development, reinforce imagination or make use of any concepts of creativity and innovations based on European skills, values and interpersonal competence which can be absorbed and developed only on special courses or workshops. The topic of workshop is pinhole photography - a special technique of taking photos by the use of pinhole camera. Camera is a simple optical device being a prototype of camera. Pinhole photography is non-lens photography. Lens is replaced by a small hole which light gets through and a picture arises in a camera. Pinhole cameras can be small or big, improvised or designed with pietism. They can be made of shells, cartons, cans, tins, boxes. Pinhole camera is usually a box with a small hole on one side and with a film placed on the other side. Pinhole cameras are used in science, art and for play. Popularity of this kind of photography caused a young group of people from 2 partner organisations to initiate the idea of that workshop, during which we will pass the young participants valuable knowledge about historical, aesthetic and technical aspects of this tendency. On the worskhops participants are supposed to construct their own pinhole cameras and take their own photos. Taking photos by the use of camera made single-handedly gives a lot of joy. The workshop will stimulate and reinforce imagination, and support as well students and instructors’ creativity. This technique is a simple way of recording an image which gives impressive effects. The photos taken in this way present the world form a completely different perspective. The aims of the project: developing the learning culture, motivating the youth to actively participate in any educational experience, also to learn foreign languages, self-development, leading the youth to self-reflection, the change of cultural awareness, exchange of good practices and mutual experiences, educating young people in terms of social, historical and cultural benefits, reinforcement of international cohesion, promotion of international dialogue, supporting synergy. The project activities include: promotion activities, preparatory visit, linguistic and cultural preparation, photography workshop (topical lecture, construction of pinhole cameras, practical pinhole workshops (darkroom, outdoor sessions), discussion panels, organisation of exhibition), dissemination of project results. The didactic methods during the workshop: lectures (history of pinhole photography, social aspects in pinhole photography, discussions/ discussion panels (exchange of experiences, cultural properties in the given country, perceptions, observations, concepts, open discussion on the participants' work results), consultations (darkroom, outdoor sessions), multimedia presentations (documentaries, demonstration videos e.g. concerning the construction of pinhole coameras), conferences and interviews (teleconference with pinhole photography experts - skype). Passing the knowledge will be also based on various visual techniques - interactive boards, power point presentations. The youth will work individually and in team, with ICT tools as well.
