The intent of our school's project is to improve the quality of foreign language education by way of courses for teachers. They will be given the chance to refresh their knowledge of not only the respective language, but also of regional and cultural studies, methodology, and the principles of teaching. Meeting colleagues from other parts of the world will broaden the horizon of our teaching staff, making the curriculum and the school more open to an internationalization. Upon return, the teachers' insight and materials are shared across the entire faculty. To facilitate knowledge transfer, internal training sessions will be hosted and a database on the school's intranet will be used to collect and share materials. We believe the project will have long-lasting impact on the quality of teaching at our school due to the authentic and present-day material the teachers will gain from this engagement. In turn, this will bring a surge of motivation to the teachers and students alike.
