Lehrerfortbildung bei europäischen Partnern des RBZ Wirtschaft, Kiel
Date du début: 26 juin 2014, Date de fin: 25 juin 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

In the course of this project on further teacher training at our partner schools in Hungary (Szeged), France (Brest), Sweden (Söderhamn), Finland (Oulu) and the Netherlands (Arnhem), 20 colleagues successfully participated and gained a good insight into the way our partners proceed with planning lessons or developing school life, in particular in regard to their specific strengths. Our objectives were • to create ECVET-principles in mobility projects, either independently or in cooperation with our partner schools • to develop and implement programs for integrating migrants in vocational education and to improve them continuously • to generate new project ideas, teaching and learning methods, which especially focus on the sports course at the vocational grammar school of the RBZ Wirtschaft.Kiel • to become aware of the chances modern school building architecture provides as proved by our partners abroad – e.g. through very innovative buildings • to be more alert for setting up a thriving school life which allows students and staff to identify with their surroundings as a positive learning environment and a place worthwhile to be All participating colleagues are now in the process of implementing their new learning outcomes from these further teacher training programs in their daily school life. Being back at school they published reports on their visits to our partner schools in our staff journal and in our conferences. Currently we are using our newly-gained knowledge in order to develop new international projects which will start very soon. Furthermore this exchange with our partner schools helps to manage all challenges coming along with new projects. Another important fact is that this teacher training project has tremendously helped to create a team feeling among staff, i.e. a staff that was to come together after a merger of two large schools three years ago.
