Our team of 8 are going to plan and execute a week long camp by adolescents for adolescents which focuses on self-leadership, aiming to increase the self-esteem and confidence of the 50 participants. The participants will recieve guidance in finding their passion and drive, whilst learning what holds them back. The camp will inspire, challenge, teach and develope. We hope to contribute to a change in their lifes hence society. Total project time will be five months, which will include planning, promoting, executing, and evaluating. We will use a newly developed model in selfleadership called ”Jag kan!”, which has recieved positive attention in Helsingborg and Sweden for succesfully contributing to adolescents who activily work towards preventing segretation in society. It is designed specifically to speak both to the heart and mind of young people. The method redirects creativity from criminality to entrepeneurship by developing self-leadership. The participants will attend inspiring lectures, engaging workshops, individual and group activities, games and teambuilding excercises, personal challenges and presentations all of which will happen with a coaching aooroach.
