Leben und Arbeiten junger Menschen in Deutschland und Israel
Date du début: 1 mars 2016, Date de fin: 31 août 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

We want to continue the long and important tradition of the youth-exchange of the Israeli-German Trade Unions, which train and educate leaders and future leaders from both countries and strengthen the work of the youth trade union. The guiding principle of these exchanges is youth to youth relationships, through which they can share and develop new techniques for educating in intercultural activities and trade union work. Together we can be more successful in our joint fight against the exploitation of the youth in an increasingly globalized world. These exchanges serve to acquaint the youth with, the different ways of being active in the work place, through meetings with active workers' committees, and increased contact with the work of the youth trade union movement and their activities and projects. These include intensive exchange regarding political issues and development of mutual strategies, methods and activities. Together we can give the youth the opportunity to recognise and understand the importance of international solidarity. Due to the special relationship between Israel and Germany due to the events of the Shoa, while commemorating the victims of the Shoa and remembering the German war crimes, we can also join forces in the fight against fascism, racism and anti-Semitism. All these aspects of the exchange serve to build a strong relationship between the Israeli-German trade union youth through their shared experiences in the past, present and future. We are going to reach this aims due to an Israelic youth exchange to Germany and a train-the-trainer seminar in Israel.
