We noticed that there is a lot of young people in Dinan with fewer opportunities, dropping out of school or at least young people whose the educationnal system is not adapted so we contacted our partners in Romania, spain and Italy in order to make a youth exchange project for them. The aim is to organize a youth exchange of 15 days in order to throughout the non-formal education they learn 5 concrete know-how a day that thy would choose before, with the learning method of their choice. The objectif is to not be only learner but also teacher because some of them will choose an activity than other know so those who have the skills ans knowledge could give pass to theirs peer group. This project count in total 17 young people and 5 youth worker leader. The aim of these youth exchange is to make them more independant, more responsible, involve him in different activities and urge on desire, wishes. Validation in this kind of experience and especially with the young that we target is really important that's why we organize this exchange during the local event "faut que ca bouge" which highlight during 15 days the young people and their different talents or skills on the territory of dinan. This event will be the opportunity with the youth worker present as a leader to think and reflect about how to highlight initiative carry by and for the youth field.
