The project is aimed at development of the academic idea on European institutes functioning at the level of secondary school and vocational education by means of the actions such as training courses and workshops for teachers and pupils, creative contests for schoolchildren, promotional events on European culture, language school in the summer camp, centralized conferences for talented schoolchildren, young scientists and lecturers, researchers, organization of discussions within the topic groups involving the specialists knowing European methodologies characterized by person- and competence-oriented organization of the learning process.It is the first time when the innovative idea of informal education is implemented for the development of ascend art and intellectual potential of the new generation personality oriented at establishment and stabilization of a constructive dialogue with Europe through knowledge assimilation on EU values model by schoolchildren and vocational education students, designing globally oriented educational system for personal development and self-expression of a person. Importance of the project at the educational level consists in its innovation as the first regional project devoted to European integration, aimed at a focus group of young people and including various types of educational activities (researching, art and teaching ones). Aim of the project is bringing up a new generation oriented on establishing and stabilization of a constructive dialogue with Europe through assimilation of knowledge of EU values model into the ambiance of schoolchildren and students of secondary vocational education. Novelty of the project is linked to the content, technologies of pedagogical process of the project realization, it uses achievements of European and Russian society discovered during realization of the project strategy at DSTU research platform.
