The training project, entitled “Learning Citizenship by Civic Engagement in my Community” will take place in Moldovan capital Chisinau, between October 29 and November 5, 2012. The hosting organisation "Social Impact" will welcome 24 young people from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Greece, Norway, and Ukraine. Our goal is to promote young people’s active participation as a key factor in attaining good results in social changes. The project aims to strengthen the organizational capacities of young people with few opportunities from rural area, to improve participants’ knowledge and skills in learning citizenship. to share expertise contribution of participants in civic engagement issue and to activate participants’ civil society in their own countries at local and regional level. The project will prepare and promote youth citizens’ participation in the democratic process, as well as other social and civic activities within the community.
