Learning by shadowing... citizenship

Now that the Casal Jove de Sagunto, begins to take off in Europe, we would like a job-shadowing experience to learn how to optimize resources and create synergies for future projects.In October, from 19 to 21, three professional youth CSP Sagunto travel to Palmela to see first hand experience of volunteer management (sending and receiving) and social revitalization activities.Programmed by our Portuguese partner interviews, we have the opportunity to learn about the socio-political structure of the country and also on the figure of young professionals and their employment situation.As a result of this project, we hope to return motivated and concrete ideas for new projects for the future.
